Goodheart Disability Services was started because too many people told us the same thing: that support often felt like paperwork first and people second.
We wanted to build something different, a service where the relationship between support worker and participant comes first, and the admin exists to serve that relationship rather than the other way around.
Today we continue to work with people across Victoria who are looking for support that treats them as a whole person, not a file number. Our growth has come from word of mouth and trust, and we intend to keep it that way.
Our team is made up of trained support workers and coordinators who bring patience, warmth and professionalism to every interaction. We’re careful about who joins our team, because the relationship between you and your support worker matters more than anything else we do.
